1. Prep your surface
First, make sure your surface is ready to be applied. Your operation environment should be dust-free, and the temperature not over 32°C. It should be a clean, smooth, and dust-free surface. Before all the steps, make sure your area is clean and dry.
2. Dry sticking way
Make sure the position you’re ready to cover the wraps. Strip part or all of the isolation paper and make them in the ideal position. Secure the sticker with a scraper after securing one end.
3. Wet sticking way( more recommend, Better performance, can fit better)
A. Remove all isolation paper.
B. Use an aqueous solution of 0.5% detergent (add 1 drop of detergent to approximately 500 ml of water) and spray on the desired position and adhesive the adhesive surface of the graphic.
C. Carefully stick the sticker on the body of the car.
D. Use the scraper to scrape from the middle of the sticker to all sides with appropriate force to drive the water out.
E. After confirming that the graphic is attached, peel off the positioning paper.
F. Check the annoying parts. When it comes to parts such as door handles or crash bars, the material can be cut and wrapped into or cut off depending on the situation. The doors and seams are evenly cut with a hobby knife and heated with a heat gun to wrap and paste inward.
4. Final check
Don’t forget to do the final check of your finished product. Check the surface of the graphic carefully with the naked eye, if there are blisters or air bubbles, use a fine needle to prick lightly at the edge and then use a scraper to drive out the gas or water.
Note: Chasing smaller bubbles may do more harm than good. As the applied liquid evaporates, it will finally disappear.
Your wraps are completed!
Good job! The application procedure is complete after the transfer tape is removed. If necessary, I run over the wraps again with my fingertips or a credit card to smooth down any air bubbles.
